I am passionate about bringing clients into their strength and fullness in the professional and personal lives.  As a former practicing attorney, I bring a unique perspective, especially to lawyers, professionals and leaders. I support all of my clients to create what they want in the world by embracing their inner power and wisdom.

I have a foundation of leading-edge ideas and knowledge on change, personal growth, energy modalities, core belief change, and leadership.  I also bring compassion, creativity, powerful intuition and the wisdom teachings from spiritual practices around the world. 

I lead workshops and trainings, speak and write on the work and life issues that confront individuals and organizations today.

I have a wide array of past experience, including practicing law for 12 years in mid and large sized firms and public project consulting. I participated in Leadership Tomorrow in both Tacoma and Seattle.  I have held leadership positions in many non-profit organizations in my community. I live in Seattle and have raised two wonderful children.
